Orientation

Our search efforts are initiated by assembling a highly skilled team of recruitment specialists. We meet with you and all relevant leadership to glean insights into your unique organization, industry, culture, business philosophy, strategies and growth objectives. During the site visit, we discuss the position requirements, skill sets and targeted companies that may employ your desired talent.

Position Description

A position description, which outlines the scope of responsibilities, qualifications, traits, values, performance standards and interpersonal characteristics of a potential candidate, is developed, pending your final approval. The description is utilized as a key tool in the search process.

Research

From there, we identify key resources, referrals and companies to generate talent. Initially, this process begins locally to avoid relocation costs. If the right candidate is not hired locally, a ripple effect occurs as we expand our search efforts geographically to a regional, national, and global basis.

Evaluation

Thorough and detailed interviews with potential candidates are conducted to evaluate qualifications and interpersonal skills. Throughout discussions with potential candidates, we investigate previous experience and qualifications, and, more importantly, determine the interpersonal skills and cultural synergy of the candidate for the opportunity.

Project Updates

Due to the importance of fit for a successful placement, at this time in the process, we meet with key leaders to review market findings and discuss potential candidates. After an in-depth review of the candidate’s experience and interpersonal skills, the final candidate(s) are selected by your team for further evaluation.

References

Careful and comprehensive candidate investigations of professional references for the final candidate(s) are conducted by our senior partners. This procedure involves (within the limits of professional discretion) in-depth conversations with prior managers, peers, subordinates, and customers.

Acceptance

After the final candidates have been selected, we assist with the complex offer negotiation process. Our extensive experience in facilitating this phase of the process has resulted in an extremely high rate of candidate acceptance. If a candidate is relocating, we will work with the family to ensure a smooth transition into the new geographic area.
