Sourcing Solutions is an executive search firm headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota that offers talent acquisition services to organizations around the world. With a highly experienced team, each of whom has over twenty-five years of industry experience, Sourcing Solutions has continued to act as the bridge to top talent in a multitude of industries, assisting clients at every level of the talent acquisition process.
Our Belief
Founded on the belief that there is an alternative to traditional search methods and fee structure, our unique approach allows us to take a more holistic approach to talent acquisition. We look beyond the technical qualifications to the candidate’s interpersonal characteristics. This is due to our core philosophy of the importance of cultural “fit”.
It is our belief that candidates who lack fit also fail to add the desired value to your business. Alternatively, candidates who achieve fit have the power to positively impact the business.
Consequently, we invest time in understanding not only your organizational needs for the open position, but also your unique company culture and the intangible traits needed for success. In addition, we evaluate the candidate’s interpersonal skills to ensure they are capable of adding value to your organization, while still ensuring that goals and objectives are achieved.
Our Model
Unlike traditional search firms, we do not demand 30-35% of the entire first year’s compensation package. Instead, we have developed a business model that is far more cost effective. Our fee is approximately 25% of the base salary, for all positions. The key to our success lies in how well we brand, promote and position our clients to the candidates, selling them on the opportunity AND the company.
A retainer is required to begin the project, with a second retainer due midway through the process. However, we are so confident in our ability to be successful that unlike traditional firms, the second retainer is fully refunded if you do not hire a candidate through Sourcing Solutions. We want you to hire the best and most qualified candidates that fully meet your technical requirements and cultural needs.
